How were you doing it on the IDS site? You can similarly download photos and mark them in paint as you were probably doing prior.

Alternatively, I use a program called Lightshot. Its a free screenshot app which allows you to edit photos and then even uploads them for you.

All dermoscopy photos are polarized unless otherwise noted
